The Scheduled tab in a Space shows all scheduled items for that Space, including automations and recurring tasks set up from any chat within the Space.

What you see here

Scheduled items are tasks your agents run automatically, on a set schedule or when triggered by an event. This tab gives you a single view of everything that’s running (or about to run) in the Space.

Where scheduling works

You can schedule things from multiple places:
  • From a Space: set up a recurring task or automation that runs in the context of the whole Space
  • From a chat: schedule something directly from a conversation, including chats with agents. For example, you can ask an agent to send you a weekly summary and schedule it right from the chat thread
  • From an agent chat: even one-on-one conversations with agents (like the default Hops agent or your personal agent) can have scheduled items
This means any conversation can become a recurring workflow. Ask an agent something useful, then schedule it to repeat.

How scheduled items work

Each item shows:
  • What the automation does
  • When it last ran
  • When it’s scheduled to run next
  • Which chat or context it runs in
