The Connections page is where you connect external apps and tools to your Hops workspace. Access it from Settings, then Connections.

What you see here

If you haven’t connected any tools yet, you’ll see a prompt: “No connected apps yet. Connect one to make it available to your agent.” Once you’ve connected tools, they’ll appear in a list here.

Connecting a tool

Click Connect app to open the integration browser. From here you can:
  • Search for a specific tool by name
  • Browse by category: Analytics, Communication, CRM, Developer Tools, Productivity, and many more
  • Connect featured integrations highlighted at the top for quick access
Click Connect next to any app to start the authorization flow. You’ll sign in to the external tool and grant Hops the permissions it needs. These tools are highlighted at the top of the Connect app list: 500+ more integrations are available, powered by the Pipedream integration catalog. Search or browse the full list from the Connect app modal.

After connecting

Your agents start reading from connected tools in their next conversation. They draw from the tool when a question or task requires it. You can also connect tools at the agent level, giving each agent its own set of app connections relevant to its role.
